Do I need to visit a clinic?
No. Everything happens online. You complete an intake form, a physician reviews it remotely, and your protocol is shipped to you.
Are these legal?
Yes. Every protocol on Basis is prescribed by a licensed physician and compounded by a 503A certified US pharmacy. These are legal prescriptions, not research chemicals.
Do I have to inject myself?
All Basis protocols are injectable. Injections are subcutaneous — a small needle just under the skin, not into a vein. Most patients are comfortable within the first week. Full instructions are included with every order.
What if the physician doesn't approve me?
You won't be charged if you're not approved. Basis only bills once your prescription is issued.
How long until I see results?
Varies by protocol. BPC-157 and NAD+ patients typically notice effects within 2-4 weeks. Retatrutide and CJC-1295 protocols show meaningful results at 6-8 weeks.
Can I cancel anytime?
